This unique light blue one of a kind hand made rose fascinator hair clip will stand out in the special events like graduations, proms and weddings.

Rose petals are hand sewn together around a nineteenth century button. A unique coloured feather arrangement is laid on a tulle leaf base with a alligator clip slot insert. This slot can also be used to slide a 18 mm thick hair band through it (hair band not included)
